Folcorismo.....................?

.........for quite sometime now, i have been trying to understand the term "folcorismo" which i had accidentally stumbled across while reading about modernism in a paper published by Victor A. Grauer.

All my attempts have yielded no results. Picture this- Google search has returned 9 results.........

This is where i begin my quest from........ I hope someone out there might be able to help me.
